This guide helps you walk a small group — friends, a class, a church meeting, a market stall — through what Ongiini is in about five minutes. Open the slides on a phone or laptop. The deck has 14 core slides (the 5-minute talk) plus 4 appendix slides for Q&A — jump to them if someone asks about the name, why Namibia, accuracy, or who's behind the project. Ongiini is in pilot phase. If you message it and nothing comes back in a minute, give it a moment and try again. Don't be alarmed — usually it's a wifi blip on our side. Show the audience that the project is real and growing (slide 12, live numbers). Ongiini is in loodsfase. That's fine — you don't have to be a translator yourself. Point them to slide 11 and the link at ongiini.ai/contribute. The contribution flow is on WhatsApp; they can do it from anywhere, any time. Don't argue. Take the question seriously. Three honest facts: (1) the model runs on our own computer, not in a US cloud; (2) personal information like emails, ID numbers and bank cards are stripped before storage; (3) saying "delete my data" works — they can prove it themselves any time.
